【摘要】随着工业的飞速发展，标准件的销售产业也迅速发展起来。原始的手工操作与旧的管理模式已经严重制约了销售的质量和销售的效率，用计算机管理来代替手工管理是非常必要的。本文主要介绍了标准件管理系统的方案论证、结构特性设计及行为特性设计的实现过程，详细论述了总体设计思想、数据库设计和功能模块设计。系统实现了用户管理、标准件的进货、订货、退货、销售管理以及综合查询与统计等功能。系统界面友好，具有较好的实用性和通用性，而且操作简单方便。比手工操作提高了统计查询的高效性与准确性。

【Abstract】Along with the rapid development of industry, the trade of Standard Part has also developed quickly. The quality of selling and efficiency of the management have been restricted seriously by the original manual operation and traditional management mode. Therefore, it is very necessary to replace the manual operation with computer management. This paper primarily introduces the project demonstrate, the structural characteristic design and the behavioral characteristic design of Standard Part. The general designing idea, the database design and the functional module design are discussed more detailed. The function of the system includes users management, stock, order, sale management, general enquiry, statistics and so on. The system has friendly interface some practicability and generality character, and operates it easily and conveniently. Comparing with the manual operation, the accuracy and validity of enquiry and statistics are improved greatly.
